About the Blog
This blog was *officially* founded on November 19, 2021, as a continuation of a previous blog that I had started in 2016. This first blog was originally founded as a personal journal that explored my crazy experiments in the kitchen and my sewing basket. From there, it grew to encompass some topics relating to my Catholic faith and the feminine sphere, including topics like Proverbs 31, modesty in dress, and what women's role in the world and Church is.
But, my blog didn't keep up with my life that well. And so, there were several periods where I would be "stuck". And so, I began to look for other ways to revitalize my blog.
Upon brainstorming for a podcast, I found myself digging back into my blogging roots by reflecting on how far I had journeyed in my quest for Catholic femininity. With so many young women also thirsting for their lost femininity, I decided to share my own journey of finding femininity from scratch.
In addition, I have placed this blog under the patronage of St. Elizabeth of Hungary, whose traditional feast is the same day on which I established this blog. I did this because she encompassed all of the feminine roles, from mother to queen to widow to religious. She also very much epitomized the Proverbs 31 ideal that I strive to attain, and therefore, she is one of my spiritual role models.
So, what can you expect from this blog?
- Recipes (and kitchen scrapes)

- All my needlecraft projects

- Other feminine topics!
